Hi; I wanted to let you know about a class that I'm interested in taking called "Advanced Baking." Here is a short description of it: "If you have some baking experience and would like to challenge more advanced cake, we can do it together! In this three-hour session, you will have an opportunity to make your own cake guided by step-by-step instruction. Also, learn how to refine final presentation with fresh fruits, glaze, or other secret techniques!" The class is being offered by atelier b., and can be taken at the atelier b. studio in SOMA, San Francisco, or we can arrange to have the class at home.
