Hi;
I wanted to let you know about a class that I'm interested in taking called
"Baking 101."
Here is a short description of it:
"If you are interested in learning very basics of baking, this is the class for you. No prior experience is required. During one two and half hour session, you will learn how to chose the ingredients, scale, follow the recipe, and organize your workspace. Don't forget learning baking secrets and serving tips for each recipe! After all of your hard work, we will taste the treats together."
The class is being offered by atelier b., and can be taken at the
atelier b. studio in SOMA, San Francisco, or we can arrange to have
the class at home. There is more information available on the
